Kilowatthour (kWh)

It is a non SI measuring unit to describe energy. It is commonly adopted for electric applications, since 1 kWh is the energy consumption of a device requiring 1000 W of electric power in input for the time of one hour. One kWh is equivalent to 3.6 MJ.
